Growing up as a republican and being raised by republicans, my family still to this day talks about how Reagan changed America. Many agree that we have a more efficient and prosperous economy as a result of Reagan s economic policies, foreign policy triumphs including a peaceful yet long end to the Cold War, and a restoration of American pride and morale. Proponents also preach that Reagan restored faith in the American Dream with his unabated and passionate love for the United States. It is because of this, that in my opinion, Ronald Reagan has been the most successful President in American History. Ronald Wilson Reagan, was the 40th President of the United States serving from 1981-1989- born on February 6, 1911 in Tampico Illinois in an apartment on the second floor of a commercial building..
